You won’t ALWAYS be motivated. A specific, challenging goal that enables you to become someone you admire is how to be motivated more often.
The purpose isn’t to tunnel vision on reaching the goal. Reaching the goal will not make all of your problems go away. The purpose is to identify the medium in which you’ll live your truth while uplifting others. If you’re lucky, this mission can be your full-time endeavor. Once you find the reason, go. There’s no point in delaying your evolution. We have a lot of time on Earth, but not as much as we’d like.
And if you think you’re too late, “It is never too late to be what you might have been.” - Mary Ann Evans

The Mary Ann Evans quote is what really spoke to me. I often think of who I want to be, how I want to carry myself in the world and I think to myself, 'If I acted like that, people who know me would think I'm acting like someone else'. But 1. who cares. and 2. Mary Ann Evans is right. I don't have to be exactly who I am for the rest of my life. I can be whoever I want to be.
